Hellurr Everyone! As we all know, worship is always in season. With healing anointing and other spirity goodies, I’m sure no one would want to be left out.
Whenever I hear this C major delivered anthem with its recurring intro, I feel like its raining. The drums come alive, thirsty…
IBK’s spontaneous gospel rendition reminded me of Vashawn Mitchell’s ‘Nobody Greater’. I was hooked by the line ‘Every time we think of you, our heart’s begin to worship’. I feel like IBK’s song was very climatic, with its chord progression plus the anointing of the spirit…duh! It was so amazing he needed no backups, with the bass guitar and drums wowing us. He was superb in his singular spirited rendition with its yoruba-esque tinge I could go on and on about how much I loved it, but #WeMove
As part of the Festival, there will be a release of an Extended Play by Tribe Petra, titled ‘Sounds of Petra’, showcasing underground legends, Titi Victoria, IBK, Oge and Ayo Jezreel, who have been featured…
Meredith Andrews ‘ Spirit of The Living God’ with its simple and sweet melody captures how much we desire a supply of God’s spirit.
We have been praying for a supply of the spirit in the course of this fast, but it’s not enough for that supply to be there. We need to be alert to the instructions the Holy Spirit has for us which would of course be in line with His move.
The nudgings of the spirit are not always dramatic. It could just be a feeling or a vision places in our mind’s eye as we go about the tasks he assigns to us.
It’s really something special, but it is also simply how he leads us in our everyday lives.
We must however realise that his leadership over us is based on our continual study of his word and communion with him through prayer
The surest way he leads is by his word which registers in our spirits
Heeding to the nudgings of the Holy Spirit is an art that is perfected on the job. It takes a lot of practice, so we should not beat ourselves up even when we interpret His instructions wrongly.
Have a great day😊😊😊
It seems to me that sometimes, we try really hard to get out of dire situations by our wills, but what we actually need is prayer, and through that a supply of the spirit comes and our deliverance is sure. God himself lifts us out of dire straits.
The fast has officially begun and I’d like to share with y’all how I pray…Cwesi Oteng’s Kabiyesi gave me energy, when I began to feel the hypoglycemic pangs of the fast…lol
We had an earlier edition on the 14th of April this year, with superb original songs from our Tribe Petra music team, a palpable presence of God and His yummy word, and of course, several healings: from cancers, back pains, eye defects and so forth.
New on the scene is Neon Adejo, who is really no newbie in the real sense, having sung alongside and recorded songs with gospel names like Lauretta Cookey, Onos Ariyo and the late Eric Arubayi. With his Mali Music-esque vocals, Neon is definitely on course for musical success.
Whenever I hear the phrase’Allo Mate’ the one person that comes to mind is Guvna B! And yes he’s gonna have a music evening at Bethnal Green. This is one of the moments I miss my #LondonTown
